To get these achievements you need to play the "Sabotage" game mode, to win this game you need to destroy certain items owned by the other team, these items are the property you need to destroy. Every time you destroy a piece of equipment it gives you a certain amount of Credits (also called credits).
So to get the achievements you need to destroy the amount of property the will give you the required amount of credits.
