See, I thought that as your account not being 18 years+ but that usually doesn't let you sign into live, at all on Halo 2...

It's a long shot, but you may aswell try. Go to the Settings blade on 360 dashboard, then Parental settings then Xbox Live controls...make sure backwards compatibility is enabled.
