hold up i got a quick question

what is an RTS and how will it change Halo? im not a gaming nerd so i dont expect a long answer, actually if you give me an answer more than a couple paragraphs i probably wont read it all, so just keep it short and sweet, like "it brings strategy into play(my worst fear) and cuts down on action(my 2nd worst fear if thats true i may not buy the game and will be bummed out. but madden will fix that.)
