Go down the stair case, pass the room in the hall way where the guy is getting a file. When you go down the hall way on you're left is a guy behind a chain fence wall always coming back to get some tool's to work on something. Then in front of you is the door with a lock pad that you have to hack. Make sure you turn off the light before you do. Good luck.
