depends on what you want in my opinion rainbow 6 takes more skill but is much more custamizeable but cod3 is easyer to win and is pretty extansive as well so in other words

cod3 is fun simple easy and quickalso maps are said to be released for download in jan.

rainbow6 is customizeable challenging and very in depth.
