Soooo, of course I'm gonna push my luck and ask another question!

My current "Live" acct. ends mid Feb. Of course I want a "Gold" acct for my 360. Do I have to buy the gold acct card in the store when I buy my system or will "Live" automatically give me that choice (since I currently have a silver acct) when I first fire up my new 360?
