Looks are a matter of opinion but the Xbox 360 looks like a plastic toy whereas I could put my PS3 next to my HDTV and have pride in the way it looks.

Xbox 360 - CD player, DVD player (upscaling via VGA), Downloadable content, Media Center Extender

PS3 - CD player, Super Audio CD player, DVD player, Blu-ray player, Multicard reader, Downloadable content, Wifi built in, Stream Content to your PSP to watch around the world.

That's just a few for each but the PS3 has more.

When was the last time you heard of a PS3 breaking down? The Xbox 360's reliability is AWFUL. You've had to send a 360 away (twice, if I'm not mistaken) and I've had to send back one. Terrible.
