best way.. wait till ur like lvl 50 to go for it... get the construction magazine boost, cutter magazine boost, and mele magazine boost, and stock up on the blue mini chainsaws and yellow powershakes(the ones that give u queens). all the magazines are lenght boosters and multiply themselves giving you like 55x length per chainsaw use(oh boy thats fun). grab an uzi and go into the courtyard, kill the convicts on the jeep. take the gun, its a huge 50cal. also, take the jeep, then ride it to the parkinglot, then down into the tunnels. The jeep lasts much longer than any other car while running over zombies..
DO NOT HIT THE GAS TANKS THAT EXPLODE WITH YOUR CAR. They kill ur car way to fast to be worht it. With the jeep you can usually get 3 -5 runs through the tunnels if ur good. the minigun will clear entire halways if you run into trouble. And since you have the minichainsaw with all the power ups, you have more than enough firepower to get through hordes until u find another car, and repeat. Also, if you run into trouble, just do a zombie walk on their heads and you can get some big points for that too
if you run low on life, use the yellow powershake.. get ur life back, grab the queen.. go run into a thick group of zombies, and kill the queen.. u kill everyone w/in like 20 feet of u.
