Posts: 841 | I wouldn't say that length would slow it down (although at some length it will), but splicing three cables together has the potential to. Hopefully you don't have problems, but if you do that would be the first place I would look. If you happen to have multiple cables laying around it might be a good way to save some cash, but if not I would have done the Home Depot spool route.
