That's just concept art, you can tell from the colour usage.

Anyway, yes this game has been talked about since Double Agent's release (they are really chucking them out, aren't they?) but this one is Xbox 360 exclusive and is said to take full advantage of the console.

I LOVE the Splinter Cell series but Double Agent was piss-poor. The online was gimped, the story was meh and the whole concept of the SC series had been thrown out the window. C'mon Ubisoft, sort it out. Your fans demand it!
