YouTube - Gears of War Level Design

I was looking at gears vids on you tube and found this one from mid 2006 it is some tech show with 2 chicks that interview a level designer from Epic. He shows off a level under construction.... BUT HEY that maps is not something on Gears right now..... just how many maps does Epic have tucked up it's sleeve ready to go??????????????
