Your statement might be valid in the fact that, yes, it is a demo. But your statement fails in so many ways. A demo is suppose to showcase a game by allowing hands-on testing of their title(playability), advertisement, qualities, and to provoke further thought and desire to buy/play the full game. This doesn't do any except advertise.

The problem with this demo, and frankly, all the demos on the marketplace is that they try to cram all these things into a small downloadable file. Although this is a good thing for people without fast connections(wait who doesn't have cable or dsl?), it's not exactly the smartest thing to do. Everyone has to have some form of high-speed internet to log onto Live. So, why are they still trying to make these demos so damn small and compact, when we can all download them anyways? Demos are allowed to be bigger than 1gb, I hope they know. Because honestly, most of the demos in the marketplace are crap. They give you something to try, and they are so stripped and crappy looking it doesn't do what it's intended(even hurting the game).

For Forza2, the AI is dumb, the graphics are ok, but SHOULD showcase better. Quality and thought provoking is minimum, if even that. And the demo ends up being something thats immediately deleted, and considered a waste of space. It's a race car game, big whoop. Theres plenty of those out there. Scot tries telling me, "Well, the physics!! The physics r l33t!!" Uhhh yeeaaa....

Some demos are good, most are not. This demo shows me they didn't want to make the demo atleast worth a damn. It's another racing game(simple as that)... with plenty of customization, but nothing new.
