Good tutorial, everything seems to be in the right place and context.

As for myself, I too have been leader and member of many clans. For Quake 2, Quake 3, Soldier of Fortune, Unreal Tournament, etc. So, I know how this whole thing works. If you can take care of each step listed below, and truly want a clan to work. You can. It just takes patience, smarts, and skill.
