out of all my games, 7.5, out of racing 9.5. It is the best racing game ever, as far as I'm concerned. Not such a big fan of the genre, but it is still a great game. But, it is a very time consuming game. 50+ hours I've played and still havent beat it 100% yet, although I am very close.

Also, scott is right about handling, but it's no need for speed.
