I think because it seems to stray away from the tipical Splinter Cell games. It just seems like they are being adventurous this time around, and when alot of thought and ambition is poured into a game... things usually end up being fresh and new. Something a lot of people seem to think otherwise of in terms of games on the 360.

I think it's going to be a great game. From what i've read, it does seem like a big change, but a big change that might end up being remarkable for this series.
