Can't remember but climb up and shimmy on the right ledge. Follow that downstairs I think until you see a moving platform. Get on the platform when it extends to the ladder. Run across jump on the ladder and use the roof pipes or something to make your way to the silo. It will give you an icon to drop down. rappel down, snap worker dudes neck, get down and kill the missile. Find the rope near by and climb up for extraction. I could be wrong. It's been like 8 months since I last played it.
