Posts: 515 | Bring it back to where you bought it so they can give you a new one. Most places give you a 90 day money back guarantee if you aren't totally happy. If it's been passed 90 days, then yes you have to call Microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX(US) so you can ship it to them for repairing. |
