Thanks for the response friedkarma.
Well the only place that I found the power unit was importing it from Paraguay, but it's really expensive, 280 Reais (about $140).
But I wouldn't fix it on my own, my dad knows some stuff about fixing, or I could bring it to a proffesional in that area, but the couple of stores that I went to and asked about it they just said that it's broken and that I should buy a new one.
Well I'm just asking if any of you guys know if it's possible to fix it cause I don't wanna spend $140.

Well my 360 doesn't accept I checked the AC Adapter and it says:
Input AC 100-127V
