Well in Brazil most people are support Playstation, so I don't know have any friends who own a 360 here.
But If I buy it then I'm gonna have warranty.
Anyways tomorrow my dad's gonna try to fix the power supply, if he is unable to fix it then I'll unfortunetly pick up a new one on Friday.

I'll report back to how my situation ended up ok guys.
