The last movie that I went to the theatre to see was Transformers. I am an old school G1 fan and I hate Michael Bay movies so I was very scared to see this film but I will admit that it was much better than expected. It was thoughtful of the original with little nods to the old series. My only complaints were that the Decepticons all kinda looked alike (hard to tell apart in robot mode) while the Autobots looked somewhat similar to the original versions.
The only thing missing was the songs from the 86 movie.
