Like I said, I dno nething about Rugby other than it's like American Football with no pads. Could there possibly be more than one team per country? Maybe, doesn't England have more than one team for Soccer(Football)? If England has more than one team for Soccer(Football) do you think it would be reasonable to think that New Zealand has more than one team for Rugby?
