Regardless of what many think, as a realist I recognize fast food is far too prevalent than it should be. However, it is what it is and when time is short and you're on the run, it's much more convenient than preparing food at home. I too began my working days at a fast food joint and I can say 1 thing for sure. All west coast KFC's are extremely safe and have restrictive food preparation guidelines. Besides the board of health inspections, most KFC's have one done every month to ensure food safety compliance. As for Scott and his arches I do not know.
