hi, been trying to update my 360 using the burn a disc method as i dont have live access on my 360

generally so i can play hd media (x264) )
Having trouble though, basically when i power cycle like the instuctions say all i get is a message saying 'mixed media disc' any ideas what i'm doing wrong people?
All help greatly appreciated !
