I'm not sure that's an issue everywhere. Broadband here is sold at a flat rate based on bandwidth, not usage. I haven't heard of usage allowances in 10 or 15 years, when internet access was still mostly dial-up. At the most it's going to take me about 20 minutes to download a game like Crimson Skies, so if I have to delete it and redownload it, I'm not going to be bothered by it. I find that more convenient than changing discs, since I'm not likely to delete it until I am utterly bored with it.
