I bought Microsoft's wireless network adapter and I'm very happy with it. My wireless router is across the other side of the house so the ethernet cable is not an option. No other wireless adapter will work for the Xbox 360, I confirmed this with Microsoft. There are only drivers for Microsoft's own adapter (duh) pre-installed on the system.
