Posts: 11 | I have mixed thoughts on how MS should handle this. They have been very straight forward about the fact that the issues are on their side. Granted if you don't hit up Major Nelson's blog or frequent the Xbox forums you might not have known that. I do think that just like a phone company or a cable company would do if your service was F'd up they should compensate us in some manner. I'm in agreement that it doesn't have to be a free month (would be nice thought huh?  ) but like a few hundred point to put towards a arcade game or even have them make a list of 10 arcade games we could choose one of, and that's what we'd get. Just having them say thank you isn't enough. I myself haven't been able to play pretty much anything over the last week or a bit longer due to all of this. I will continue with the LIVE service becuase the other option of going to Snoy makes me want to jam small dull knives into my skull.
