i'd say cod has better online and offline, the offline MP is more fun than halos offline MP and the offline SP is much more fun, the graphics are much better and the gameplay is among the best around...but it's too short and it has no co-op, but i'd still say i much prefer it to the halo single player because it's just so much more fun, rather have short and great than long and tedious. halo is just overrated, it's a pretty lame game which is why everyone on my friends bought it and out of 26 online friends all 26 were playing halo 3.... but a week or 2 later there would be like 1 person playing it on my friends list, and more often than not...none, whereas cod4 has had 80% of my list playing it since the day it came out...halo sucks

EDIT: at this moment in time i have 13 friends online...7 playing cod 4 and ONE playing halo 3...the stats speak for themselves
