Posts: 792 | If you use a credit card to subscribe for 12 months it will automatically attempt to renew the subscription at the end of the 12 months. I am suspecting that the credit card info that you originally used is no longer usable but it's still set as the default credit card for your account/profile? This could be causing the problem with your payment for another subscriptions. try changing the credit card info or buy a Gold Membership Card and enter the code. IF you are being totally locked out of your profile or Live and are unable to even get into the Renewel options creent heny ou have to contact Customer Service because they may have you locked or disabled for some reason? |
