I had to look it up but appears both those models are wireless versions bud

appears its just a difference in speed with the 524 offering up to 54mps and the 624 going up to 108mps. If you run your xbox off this wirelessly let me know how it goes. I'm gonna try my Linksys on the xbox360 wirelessly and if it doesn't work like I want it I may switch to a D link.
