Well, seriously, what I enjoyed most about playing this game is that in most racing franchises it gets faster as you move up... you forget about going slow after a while.

I really like the fact that DIRT sort of keeps you on edge, never letting you become comfortable with a type of race or a type of vehicle... and after doing a mountain race on a big rig, you move to a Rallycross in a small 4wd car... and then a sand buggy... and so on as you move up, it's very dynamic.

Also it has the coolest navigation and menus of any game I've seen... very different and intuitive... it also has a great balance between realism and fun... a friend told me it won racer of the year... and after playing though it and Forza 2 and NFS Carbon I have to agree with that assesment I enjoyed DIRT the most... too bad the disc GOT DAMAGED or soemthing odd happens between it and my console the console is opening halfway races... good thing this is happening AFTER I finished the game.
