Well you can drink at whatever age you want, but legally yes if you have a guardian with you you can drink at 16 & 17. But of course your mates the same age become your guardians and noone says a word.

I think its a great idea, cause we're all little bollox's at 16 so to be in pub playing pool and drinking, it keeps you off the streets stabbing people and bricking gaffs. or playing pogs.

but they still can stab ppl when they are drunk.
