I'd be thrilled with that. I don't see Nintendo reversing their policies though. They been pushing FCs on the DS for years, often a different code for each game. That they've held to that insanity for so long makes it a little hard to hope.

On the other hand, they have the subscription service coming (however poorly structured), they gave in on the headset even though they previously told us we didn't need one (even though DS users apparently did), and they're making a push on WiiWare and retail DLC. They're capable of some change.
