take off deep impact and stick on steady aim on that M16, the only time that weapon is useless is when someone legs it around a corner with a SMG and rapes you, with steady aim and if you burst fire it very quick you can just about take down anyone up close, just once there near your crossfire the steady aim will keep weapon still and you will kill them straight off, with deep impact you really need to use RD and see them before they see you if its up close combat.
