Active reloads are stupid on snipers. I understand that active reloads are supposed to increase the power of a weapon, but it was getting ridiculous where a lot of kids would just active reload and not even try for headshots. It made the sniper way too easy to use. It's supposed to be something that requires skill.
Those servers wouldn't really help much. It would just be that everybody in the game would have lag and then people in countries besides the U.S. would have really bad connections. I admit host has an advantage, though. As of right now though, there's no real good way around this problem. We just need to wait until stronger connections are the norm.
