I saw the original clip at IGN, was better quality than the utube one. Anyway, after the whole review the guy said, overall, all the categories dont matter, what matters is which system your mates will play it on, thats the version to get. Clearly thats Xbox 360.

So in a way, he didn't say the 360, but clearly made the statement.
