Posts: 828 | Actually I'll add to the prior post about MS giving me 2 pieces of conflicting info. Now, I received a email that said I can track my package via the following tracking number. The carriers link is on your service page. When I am on the service page, there is no link anywhere? So I tried to google the Logistics Australia Post service, and after searching 30 links, found one that did domestic parcel tracking and the number I entered dont exist.
Jesus MS, talk about sending me on a F******g goose chase. They really need to drop standard emails and really try to be consistent in what they say and inform customers about.
Essentially there is no tracking links on MS website, and the carrier mentioned doesn't exist.
