Waaaaaay better than the first movie. yea it was a little more "standard" fare, but after finding an ancient pyramid of doom in the antartic in the first one, im fine with standard. The hybrid alien was more fun, the predator was choc full of ass kickery (and killed anyone he saw no matter what species), and the humans fought back with the power of the US military...
while its still a standard horror/sci fi flick, its much improved over the first lame movie.

The human characters were annoying as hell and served no purpose whatsoever. The predalien thing doesn't even make any sense anyway, the aliens are a parasitic species (not a symbiote) and wouldn't become half alien/predator in the first place.


The power of the military? Nuke the town is just so cliche, I mean that's the best they could think of?
