I have tried it over a dozen times... I fortify an area with roadblocks... and find cover, I kill cops and blow up cars and quickly hit 5 stars.. But then after 5 minutes when I have killed a 100+ cops and blown 40+ of cars/swat vans/FIB trucks/helicoptors, it still won't turn into 6 stars. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry I just assumed that people would know I was speaking about GTA 4.
