Hmm, sorry about that, I don't play GTA at all. I just searched up GTA IV six stars in google, and that was the first thing to pop up. I clicked on it and I figured that they were talking about the same GTA. I'll edit that link out.
Either way, it still worked for my friend on GTA IV though, albeit the guns weren't where they said.
