My vote is for XBL of course.
I have many friends with PS3's and when I tell them about the things I can do, they agree that it would be good if teh PS3 could do that as well. I am referring to the guide button, chat in game, etc.
Sure the PS3 will get this eventually, but IMO its 3 years after the fact, we've been enjoying this since Day 1. And who cares about a membership.
In Australia, its $90 AUD. SOmetimes stores discount it to $60, and recently at a Target sale, they were a mere half price at $45. Thats why I am a member on XBL till 2010!
So I dont mind, and your forgetting they include a arcade game, plus 200 MS points and a headset in the pack. Well at least thats what we get here.
Online may not be such a problem on PS3, but add another 10 million users to it and we'll see if it copes. XBL has had 6 to 8 years since XB1 launched to develop and work at it. How can one expect PISN network to even compete.
And you think home wont be sucking in the bandwith once you start uploading your virtual worlds etc. Lets see how PISN copes with that one.
As far as I am concerned, I have no issues paying for XBL, cause I've enjoyed every minute online since I got my 360. Oh and Shane, there is a mute button for annoying kids, or, you could just leave off your headset alltogether. Its your choice.
