Be it unfair, or really weak.

For me it's Half Life 2's .357 Magnum (unfair), Half Life: Opposing Force's Electric Bug (Weak), and Halo's Needler (Dumb).

The piece of cake in Portal, seriously what did it really do?

Oh and as far as unfair I would go with the grenade launcher from any Tom Clancy game.....
