I'm not an expert on the matter but I thought that the arcade 360 didn't have a HDMI port?? Anyways if you are connected via HDMI then the picture will be at 1080p. This is of course assuming you are plugged into a 1080p TV, however the player can downscale to 1080i and 720p. I believe that the standard DVD player in the console upscales the picture all the way to 1080i. Although someone else might be able to confirm this.

Is your console an arcade and has a HDMI?
