what games have come out on the 360 this year that haven't come out on the ps3. Mass effect, gears of war 2, fable 2, and left 4 dead. those are the only good ones anyway. Seriously how are there only 5 good games that came out on ps3 this year that makes no since. Theres 5 amazing exclusives as well as every other good game that came out on 360 as well.

I think the argument that the 360 is currently the better "gaming" machine is one held by most of the gaming community, what may happen in the future is a different story but as of today, if you want to play the best exclusives and the "best versions" of multi-console titles the Xbox is the first choice.

As of today there are around 150+ Xbox 360 exclusives and 25+ Playstation 3 exclusives, with not a single multi-console game being better on the PS3, some being equal but the slider is in majority of the 360 by far. The four games you listed above are probably the top selling 360 exclusives of 2008 but nowhere near the only good ones; on the other hand of the 4 PS3 games mentioned only 2 sold well and VC is good only to hardcore strategy gamers.

Anyhow this debate could go round and round, it all comes down to personal preference and software tastes; that's why I own both, but if it had to be only one system and gaming was the priority I would choose the Xbox 360 hands-down, and am pretty sure I can win any argument on the topic...

I'm not even going to go into online gaming and price point!
