| You're right... it doesn't 'slow down Live' however it does ruin the game experience for everyone in the room with what ever jerk offs try this.
I used to have a 150K connection that worked okay for live (not for hosting tho) and on a slow night my Bike on MotoGP would glitch and jump around the track like a bugger on everyone elses screens.
Its not worth using 56K it really isn't and it shouldn't be encouraged.
