So why not pick it up a day or two before christmas, dont open the packaging and the return on the 26th say that you already owned a copy and that you got this one as a christmas gift and that you did not get the receipt with the gift. They would probably give you store credit which you could use to purchase something else. It is not bestbuy is still not making the $60 off of you, you are just changing what you get in return for the $60.
