Uh, what? I signed up for that, what is going to happen?!

EDIT:

I got an email on the 13th saying to sign up for my Xbox Live Diamon card today! Upon further reading, all the links say "http://communications3.msn.com/Key=32417.RqKf.C.DZ.GJ9XVJ" and the email is from "communications_XboxLive_csus@communications3.msn. com".

Now, if they sent me an email to sign up for that today, do you think the site I previously signed up for was the xbox one, and not the scam?

If I did however sign up for the scam previously, what should I do?
