The text on vojir.com is not going to lead anywhere. The website is set up to randomly generate words that look like they are Czech, but do not actually mean anything. It has been around for a very long time, definitely before this riddle. I can provide more info on this if you would like me to.

According to the ever useful wayback machine, the image of the mysterious paragraph has been in existence since at least 2003. Check for yourself here if you'd like:
