Only thing we are basically gurenteed for $49.99 is live service and I do agree with you about the achievements that is within reason if achievements got erased would be a wrong on M$ part and I would account that to poor service too. But I would not count live as bad service because demo not being released right away. Alot of variable can go wrong when dealing with technology ask any of us who work in IT industry. My point is people just need to be patient
