Posts: 175 | well, the ps3 doesn't have the same B/C issue as the 360 because it uses hardware to accomodate that feature. With the ps2, there was a specific chip incorporated into the system that allowed hardware back compat. on the flip side, the 360 uses a software solution, so it has to emulate an xbox 1. Quote: |

if you're looking for something appropriate for your kids, i think the nintendo revolution would be the perfect solution.
besides, i couldn't imagine my parents shelling out over 600-700 bucks (console, extra controller, 2 games, tax) to buy me a new toy when i was younger.  |
