i've found that the best players on xbl aren't ****y bastards. of course there are those jerks who talk lots of crap and manage to play pretty well. but guys like that do often get their a$$ kicked plenty.

guys that are really good don't need to talk big. they just bring it. and, i think they'd rather play against someone who can actually beat them and offer some good competition.

example: i joined a game of GRAW last night, and these dudes were just owning everyone they played the entire night. i got in with my buddies and totally killed them in our first game. reaction: they were completely happy to be playing us, like "you guys are really good, i'm glad we can get some good competition here." and we weren't like 'haha you suck, let me kill you again.' by far the coolest guys i've met on xbl in a long time, compared to all those little punks i'm used to playing in halo 2.
